Admin: Ad Management

What it is

Admin Center → Ad Management tab. Manage advertiser submissions, approve/reject ads, configure ad slots, view performance metrics.

How to think about it

haythix has 4 ad slots: Leaderboard Banner (728x90), Sidebar Square (300x250), Inline Card, Footer Banner. Advertisers submit through /advertise; you review here.

Step-by-step

1. Review submissions

   Pending tab shows new advertiser submissions: ad copy, target URL, slot, dates, payment status.

2. Verify payment

   Stripe webhook auto-confirms payment. Manual verification button is available if webhook fails.

3. Approve or reject

   Approved ads activate on the configured date. Rejected ads receive a refund within 24h.

4. View analytics

   Each approved ad shows impressions, clicks, CTR, and revenue. Filterable by date range.

5. Pause / cancel ads

   Active ads can be paused (for compliance issues) or cancelled (with pro-rated refund).

Tips & pitfalls

• Reject ads that violate policy: financial advice claims, offensive content, malicious links, competitors offering crypto custodial services.
• Auto-rejection rules can be configured in Platform Config to filter obvious spam.
• Premium slots (Leaderboard Banner) charge more — make sure ad quality matches.
