Admin: Users Management

What it is

Admin Center → Users tab. Manage all platform users: search, view tier, suspend/unsuspend, change tier, reset password, view activity, export data.

How to think about it

Admin-only. Use sparingly — every action is audit-logged.

Step-by-step

  1. Search users

    Search bar at top filters by username, email, or user ID.

  2. View user detail

    Click any row → full profile: registration date, tier, last login, IP history, total trades, cloud storage usage.

  3. Change tier

    Tier dropdown → pick new tier → confirm. Effective immediately. User notified by email.

  4. Suspend / unsuspend

    Suspend button blocks login and freezes all bots. Reason field is required. Unsuspend restores access.

  5. Reset password

    Generates a temporary password and emails it to the user. They must change it on next login.

Tips & pitfalls

  • Suspending a user pauses all their bots automatically — no need to manually pause each one.
  • Tier changes don't pro-rate billing — schedule changes near billing cycle end.
  • Audit log retains all actions for 365 days. Search by admin user or target user.
  • Never delete users without compliance review — keep them suspended for 90 days first.
