Community Leaderboard

What it is

5 leaderboards covering different facets of community participation: Most Active (chat messages), Top Callers (call accuracy %), Best Returns (avg % per resolved call), Most Followed (follower count), Longest Streak (consecutive daily check-in days). Each shows top 100 with podium hero for top 3 (gold/silver/bronze medals + gradient avatars). Tier + chat role badges on every row. Follow button on each entry (one-click follow from the leaderboard).

How to think about it

5 categories means 5 different ways to be a "top member". The Top Callers leaderboard is reputation-grade (accuracy stat). Best Returns is performance-grade. Most Active is participation-grade. Most Followed + Longest Streak are social-grade. You can rank in ZERO leaderboards and still be valuable to the community; you can rank in ALL FIVE and still not be a trustworthy caller.

Step-by-step

  1. Pick a leaderboard category tab

5 tabs at top: 💬 Most Active (messages count), 🎯 Top Callers (accuracy %), 💰 Best Returns (avg % per call), 👥 Most Followed (follower count), 🔥 Longest Streak (consecutive check-in days). Each opens with the podium hero for top 3 + ranked list below.

  2. Read the podium hero (top 3)

Top 3 traders get gradient avatars + medals (🥇 🥈 🥉) + the metric prominently displayed. Click any podium entry to view their full profile.

  3. Scroll the ranked list below

Positions 4-100 in compact rows: rank, avatar, display name (with tier + chat role badges), the leaderboard metric value, Follow button (if you do not already follow + it is not you). Click any row to view that user's profile.

  4. Find your own rank

If you are in the top 100, your row is highlighted in the list. Below the list, a "Your rank" card shows your specific position even when outside top 100 — useful for "I am rank 247 in Most Active, just inside threshold to grind for top 100".

  5. Follow from the leaderboard

Follow button on each row triggers one-click follow without leaving the page. Useful pattern: open Top Callers tab → follow top 5-10 high-accuracy callers in one session → their posts now surface in your Community → Profile activity feed.

  6. Watch the qualifying threshold for Top Callers

Top Callers requires at least 20 resolved calls to qualify. Below that, you do not appear regardless of accuracy. Quality threshold prevents 1-of-1 luck (100% accuracy on a single trade) from dominating the leaderboard.

Tips & pitfalls

  • Top Callers is the highest-signal leaderboard for FOLLOWING decisions. 60%+ accuracy on 20+ calls = honest skill, not luck. Below 20 calls is statistical noise — wait for sample size.
  • Best Returns can be DECEIVING. A trader with 30% accuracy can have higher avg return % than 70% accuracy if their wins are huge — but the volatility is also huge. Combine with Top Callers for a fuller picture.
  • Most Followed measures POPULARITY, not skill. Some traders have huge followings from being entertaining; their calls may not perform. Cross-reference with Top Callers before assuming a Most Followed user is a good signal source.
  • Longest Streak measures CONSISTENCY, not insight. Daily-check-in users build streaks; that signals platform engagement, not trading skill. Different value, different decision.
  • Most Active rewards posting volume. High-volume posters are good seed-stock for room discussions but the signal-to-noise ratio per individual post may be low. Quality > Quantity in your own posting.
  • Display name privacy: if a registry leaked email format ever appeared in display names, the system fallback masks it as "Trader-XXXXXX". You cannot accidentally email-dox a leaderboard listing.
  • Top 3 on each leaderboard get featured on the Community Hub. Useful for new users to spot reputable members fast.
  • Leaderboards reset on a rolling 30-day window (typical). A user that ranked top-10 last month may not rank this month if their activity dropped. Reflects current activity, not lifetime.
