What it is

Configure 5 notification channels (Email, Telegram, Discord, SMS, Webhook) and 9 event types. Set severity-based delivery rules.

How to think about it

Decide what gets pushed to which channel. Not all channels are available on all tiers.

Step-by-step

  1. Connect channels

Email is on by default. Telegram requires bot link from Settings → Connections → Telegram. Discord, SMS, Webhook are Pro+ features.

  2. Event types

Trade Executed, Trade Failed, Bot Paused, Bot Resumed, Drawdown Alert, Liquidation Warning, Subscription Renewed, New Verified Call from Followed User, Tip Received.

  3. Severity routing

Each event has a severity (info/warning/critical). Route critical events to SMS, info to Email only.

  4. Quiet hours

Set times when only critical alerts come through. Useful for sleep hours.

  5. Test

Test button on each channel sends a sample notification.

Tips & pitfalls

  • Critical events (liquidation warnings, drawdown alerts) should ALWAYS route to SMS or Telegram — these are the events you can't miss.
  • Webhook is for power users — pipe events into your own monitoring stack (Slack, PagerDuty, custom dashboards).
  • Don't over-notify — info-level events on every channel will create alert fatigue.
