What it is
Configure 5 notification channels (Email, Telegram, Discord, SMS, Webhook) and 9 event types. Set severity-based delivery rules.
How to think about it
Decide what gets pushed to which channel. Not all channels are available on all tiers.
Step-by-step
-
Connect channels
Email is on by default. Telegram requires bot link from Settings → Connections → Telegram. Discord, SMS, Webhook are Pro+ features.
-
Event types
Trade Executed, Trade Failed, Bot Paused, Bot Resumed, Drawdown Alert, Liquidation Warning, Subscription Renewed, New Verified Call from Followed User, Tip Received.
-
Severity routing
Each event has a severity (info/warning/critical). Route critical events to SMS, info to Email only.
-
Quiet hours
Set times when only critical alerts come through. Useful for sleep hours.
-
Test
Test button on each channel sends a sample notification.
Tips & pitfalls
- Critical events (liquidation warnings, drawdown alerts) should ALWAYS route to SMS or Telegram — these are the events you can't miss.
- Webhook is for power users — pipe events into your own monitoring stack (Slack, PagerDuty, custom dashboards).
- Don't over-notify — info-level events on every channel will create alert fatigue.
