What it is

Manage your tier (Starter/Trader/Pro/Elite), billing cycle (monthly/annual), payment method, view invoices, cancel/resume subscription.

How to think about it

Centralized subscription management. Tier upgrades unlock features immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Step-by-step

  1. View current plan

    Shows your tier, monthly/annual price, next billing date, payment method.

  2. Upgrade

    Pick a higher tier → confirm. Pro-rated charge for remainder of cycle. New features activate immediately.

  3. Downgrade

    Pick a lower tier → confirm. Stays at current tier until cycle end, then drops. No partial refund.

  4. Switch billing cycle

    Monthly → Annual: charged the difference. Annual saves up to 50%.

  5. Update payment method

    Stripe customer portal link. Add/remove cards, change default.

  6. Cancel

    Cancellation keeps access until paid-through date. No refund. You can resume any time before that date without re-subscribing.

  7. Founders Program

    First 100 paying users get 50% off forever. If you qualified, the discount is auto-applied.

Tips & pitfalls

  • Annual saves up to 50% vs monthly. If you're committed for >6 months, switch to annual.
  • Founders status is permanent — you keep the 50% discount even if you upgrade tiers.
  • Trial users (free 14 days) cannot subscribe to paid channels. Upgrade to Starter+ first.
