Before you start

  • Most Followed measures POPULARITY, not skill — entertaining traders dominate, performance may not
  • Best Returns can hide HIGH VARIANCE — 30% accuracy with huge wins beats 70% accuracy in this stat
  • Top Callers below 20 resolved calls = statistical noise — wait for sample size

Walkthrough

  1. Open Leaderboard + scan the 5 tabs

    Community → Leaderboard. 5 tabs: 💬 Most Active / 🎯 Top Callers / 💰 Best Returns / 👥 Most Followed / 🔥 Longest Streak. Each measures different facets — none is "the" leaderboard.

    Success criteria: You can name what each of the 5 leaderboards measures

  2. Open Top Callers (highest-signal for follow decisions)

    Click 🎯 Top Callers. Podium hero (top 3 with medals + gradient avatars) + ranked list. Note the qualifying threshold: 20+ resolved calls. Below 20 calls = statistical noise, do not appear here.

    Success criteria: You can name top 3 Top Callers and their accuracy %

  3. Cross-check with Best Returns

    Click 💰 Best Returns. Notice: the top users may NOT overlap with Top Callers. Why? A trader with 30% accuracy can have higher avg return % than 70% accuracy if their wins are huge — but variance is brutal. Use BOTH together for follow decisions.

    Success criteria: You can identify a user in BOTH Top Callers top 10 AND Best Returns top 10 — that is the gold-standard signal

  4. Compare with Most Followed (popularity, not skill)

    Click 👥 Most Followed. Notice some users in this top 10 are NOT in Top Callers top 10. Popular ≠ accurate. Some traders are followed because they are entertaining; their performance may lag. Use Top Callers to validate Most Followed candidates.

    Success criteria: You can name a Most Followed user who does NOT appear in Top Callers — and articulate why that matters

  5. Follow 3-5 from the gold-standard overlap

    Pick 3-5 users who appear in BOTH Top Callers AND Best Returns top 20. Use the Follow button on each leaderboard row (one-click follow without leaving the page). Their posts now surface in your Community → Profile activity feed.

    Success criteria: Following 3-5 users from the Top Callers / Best Returns overlap

  6. Skip Longest Streak + Most Active for follow decisions

    Longest Streak measures CONSISTENCY (daily check-ins), not skill. Most Active measures POSTING VOLUME, not signal quality. Both are useful for spotting engaged community members, but neither tells you whether to follow for trading edge.

    Success criteria: You can articulate what Longest Streak and Most Active actually measure

  7. Find your own rank in Most Active

    Most Active leaderboard → scroll to your row OR check "Your rank" card if outside top 100. Set a personal goal: "I am rank 247, target top 100 in 30 days by participating more in 2 rooms." Habit-based progress.

    Success criteria: You have a numeric rank goal for the next 30 days

What's next

You are following 3-5 high-signal callers. Habit: re-check the leaderboards monthly. If a user you followed dropped out of Top Callers top 50, their accuracy has decayed — re-evaluate. New users that climbed into Top Callers top 20 = candidates for next follow batch.
