What you'll have when finished

Before you start

  • Self-attested checkboxes are CLAIMED, not VERIFIED — be honest, exchanges verify in their own review
  • A high score does NOT guarantee listing — subjective factors (team interview, exclusivity, fees) are not scored
  • Memecoin baseline is realistic — do not be alarmed if it grades low on Coinbase; Coinbase is not your target

Walkthrough

  1. Open Listing Readiness + read the explainer

    Elite → Listing Readiness. The green "What is this tool" panel is expanded by default. Read it once — 30 seconds of context saves an hour of wrong inputs.

    Success criteria: You can articulate what the tool does

  2. Pick the closest preset scenario

    Pick: DeFi protocol (lending / DEX / yield) OR Utility token (powers an app) OR GameFi / NFT OR Memecoin OR Stablecoin / RWA. Click your closest match. The attestation checkboxes pre-fill for that type. Adjust from the pattern.

    Success criteria: A preset is highlighted with check marks

  3. Paste your contract address + pick chain

    Address field accepts any 0x... contract on the 10 supported chains. The tool reads on-chain to confirm contract verification + deployment date. If your token is not yet deployed, you can still score against attestations only — the on-chain checks will return unknown.

  4. Honestly adjust the 6 attestation checkboxes

    Has Audit + audit firm name (pick top-3 if true: OpenZeppelin / Trail of Bits / Sigma Prime). Has GitHub + URL. Has Whitepaper. KYC Founders. Legal Opinion. Active Social. Tick ONLY what is actually true today. False claims overstate your grade and waste your time.

    Success criteria: All 6 boxes match the honest current state of your project

  5. Click Score readiness

    Backend takes 5-10 seconds. Combines on-chain facts + market data + your attestations against each of the 5 CEXes' public listing policies. Returns: per-CEX grades A-F + best-fit exchange + top gaps to close.

    Success criteria: Results card shows ranked CEX grades + top gaps list

  6. Read the per-CEX grades + identify your best-fit target

    Cards are ranked best-to-worst. The TOP card is your most-likely-to-accept exchange. Focus initial application energy here. Lower-grade exchanges become realistic AFTER you close gaps and re-score.

    Success criteria: You can name your best-fit CEX and grade

  7. Read the top gaps + plan fixes in order

    Top gaps are ranked by expected score impact. The #1 gap is the highest-leverage thing to fix. Example: "Complete audit with top-3 firm" might lift Coinbase + Binance grades by ~15 points each. Build a quarterly plan: close gap #1 in Q1, #2 in Q2, etc.

    Success criteria: You have one quarterly plan to close at least the top 3 gaps

What's next

You have a scorecard + a fix plan. Re-run the scorecard every quarter as gaps close — your grade trajectory tells you whether the work is moving the needle.
