Before you start

  • Verified status means BASIC review by haythix — NOT investment endorsement or audit guarantee
  • Audit URL is the single highest-impact field. Top-3 firms (OpenZeppelin / Trail of Bits / Certik) get fast-tracked
  • Apply 2 weeks BEFORE launch announcement, not on launch day — reviews take 3-7 days

Walkthrough

  1. Open Verified Projects + browse existing approved projects

    Community → Verified Projects. Browse 10-20 currently-verified projects to see what a "clean" application looks like. Note their audit URLs, social link completeness, description quality.

    Success criteria: You can describe what a strong verified profile looks like

  2. Click Apply + prepare the required fields

    Required minimum: tokenSymbol + tokenAddress + chain + projectName + description + logo (PNG/JPG). Without ALL 5, your application will be auto-rejected. Have these ready BEFORE opening the form.

    Success criteria: You have all 5 required fields gathered

  3. Add the high-impact optional fields

    Audit URL (link to your audit report — top-3 firm preferred). Website URL. Twitter handle. Discord URL. Telegram URL. LinkedIn URL (team identity). GitHub URL (code transparency). Team size. Launch date. Skipping these reduces approval chances significantly.

    Success criteria: You have at least audit URL + website + Twitter + one community link

  4. Write a specific 1-paragraph description

    Describe WHAT the token does + WHY it matters + WHO uses it. BAD: "DeFi protocol for everyone". GOOD: "Cross-chain perpetual futures DEX, no KYC, 50x leverage. Aimed at sophisticated DeFi traders who want the speed of CEX with the custody of DEX." Specificity gets approved.

    Success criteria: Description names a specific use case + audience

  5. Submit + note application ID

    Click Submit. Application enters admin review queue. You receive confirmation. Save the application ID for reference if you need to follow up.

    Success criteria: Application submitted + confirmation received

  6. Wait 3-7 days for admin review

    Typical review time: 3-7 days. Top-3 audit firms may fast-track. Obscure audits or missing fields may extend review. Do NOT submit duplicate applications — they get rejected and slow down review.

    Success criteria: You have patience set + are not duplicating applications

  7. If rejected, read the reasons + re-apply

    Rejections include specific reasons (missing audit, vague description, no verifiable team identity). Fix the flagged issues and re-apply. Do NOT re-submit the same application without changes — that gets auto-rejected.

    Success criteria: You can articulate what would trigger a rejection
